1. Information We Collect
- Apple Sign in identifier, and the name / relay email you choose to share.
- Idea text and analysis focuses you submit.
- Simulation history, AI reports, remaining runs, and membership status. iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple; we do not collect your full card details.
- Basic device/network signals (IP, timestamps, error logs) for security and debugging.
We do not actively collect precise location, contacts, or photo library data unless you use a system share sheet and grant system permission.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
- Send your idea text to a third-party model service compatible with the Anthropic Messages API to generate 16-type verdicts and reports.
- Apply in-app purchase entitlements, debit runs, and auto-refund failed jobs.
- Prevent abuse and comply with legal requirements.
3. Storage & Security
- Business data is stored on servers and databases under our control, transmitted over HTTPS.
- Auth tokens stay in your iOS Keychain; server secrets use least-privilege access.
- After in-app account deletion, we delete or anonymize related personal data within a reasonable period unless the law requires retention.
4. Third Parties
- Apple processes Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases under Apple’s privacy policy.
- Model providers process the idea text needed to produce reports. Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal data.
- We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Rights
- Review projects, reports, remaining runs, and membership in the app.
- Delete your account in Profile → Delete Account; we also attempt to revoke the Apple token.
- Contact us to access, correct, or export personal data.
6. Children
This service is not directed at children under 13.
