Welcome to Council Hall (the “Service”). This agreement is between you and IceTunder Times (the “Company”). By signing in with Apple or using the Service, you accept this agreement. Apple’s standard license terms and policies also apply to iOS in-app purchases and refunds.
1. Service Nature & AI Output
- The Service provides a fixed 16-type personality panel that independently judges your idea as interested / indifferent / not interested, plus a summary report.
- AI output is not real market research, investment, legal, or professional advice and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Persona opinions are model-generated and are not statements from real people.
2. Account
- Sign in with Apple is used for authentication. Keep your device and credentials secure.
- You may delete your account in the app. Projects, reports, remaining runs, membership links, and login data will be permanently removed; we also attempt to revoke the Apple token.
3. Paid Features (iOS)
- Free quota, remaining runs, and membership are as shown in the app.
- 1 run = one full 16-type independent verdict report.
- Digital purchases on iOS must use Apple In-App Purchase. Payment, subscription management, and refunds are handled by Apple.
- If a simulation ultimately fails, the run consumed for that job is automatically refunded under our rules.
- Runs and membership are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where law requires otherwise).
4. Your Content & Ownership
- You retain rights to the idea text you submit.
- You grant the Company a limited worldwide license to process, generate reports, and store that content solely to provide the Service.
- Do not present AI output as verified real-user research without proper validation.
5. Limits on AI Output
- Reports are for your internal evaluation. Do not resell them in bulk, use them to train competing models, or claim the output came from real human respondents.
- Do not use the Service to produce illegal, infringing, discriminatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
6. No Abuse
You must not interfere with the Service, bypass limits or billing, scrape without authorization, impersonate others, or violate applicable law. The Company may restrict or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.
7. Changes, Liability, Contact
Features and pricing may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. See the Privacy Policy for personal data practices.
